UHA’S COMPREHENSIVE APPROACH
1. Build physical infrastructure of the Debre Tabor Hospital.
2. Conduct supplemental training for Health Extension Workers around case detection, transmission, and Directly Observed Therapy –
Short Term (DOTS).
3. Run awareness campaigns in the community to reduce stigma and increase awareness of TB symptoms and treatment courses.
